1. Tickets: All tickets are e-tickets delivered instantly to your email after successful payment. One QR per ticket; scan at entry.
2. Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable. Transferable by forwarding the e-ticket before event day.
3. Entry: Gates open at the time shown. Re-entry is not permitted.
4. Children: Children below 5 years enter free in the Silver/Gold zones when accompanied by a ticket holder.
5. Prohibited: Outside food, drinks, weapons, laser pointers and professional recording equipment are prohibited.
6. Right of admission reserved. Management may deny entry on misbehaviour without refund.
7. Force majeure: In case of cancellation due to circumstances beyond control, tickets are refunded as per applicable law.
